My system had several issues including a bad pressure switch, and although the system did work after the pressure switch was replaced, the team continued to troubleshoot and found a massive hole in one of the couplings in the well. Techs were very communicative and professional and got all of the couplings and the pump (which was discovered to be damaged but still functional) replaced that same evening, staying late to make sure that I had water for Christmas.
The pump in my well needed some professional repairs and I called these guys unsure if they only did installations. To my surprise they were really quick to respond and managed to fix the problem on the next day even. Thank you!
